I offer pet sitting and pet nursing care, where your pet feels most comfortable...in their own home! I am a licensed veterinary technician, and am able to offer a variety of services for your pet.  Amy's Ark "works with you and your vet to help your pets" live a long and happy life.

My Business

     As a pet owner, I have been stressed about going away on vacation because I was worried about my pets.  Knowing this anxiety, I feel through my business and education as a Licensed Veterinary Technician, that I am able to put my clients' minds at ease that I will make sure their pets are well taken care of and that any changes in medical condition are addressed.

   I pet sit for animals with kidney disease, heart disease, diabetes, and geriatrics, and am always attentive to any changes in their mentation and body language that may suggest that they may need to seek treatment at their veterinarian's office.

     Local veterinarians also refer their clients to me for at-home carefor their patients that are more stressed in a clinic setting.  These referral services range from giving fluids to cats with kidney disease to clipping a hard-to-handle dog's toe nails.

Who I Am

   My name is Amy Schupska, and I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician.  I am a Michigan State University graduate. I also have a B.A. in art which I earned at Albion College.  I have worked in a variety of veterinary clinics over the past seven years including at MSU's clinic, and an all-cat clinic, and have gained a vast knowledge of animal behavior and animal handling techniques.  I also raise puppies for Leader Dogs for the Blind.
